QultureCare was founded by Swarika Jain, bringing together deep corporate experience and psychological insight into how culture actually operates.

With 10+ years in high-pressure tech environments, Swarika has experienced first-hand how engagement, motivation, and clarity erode quietly even in well-intentioned organisations.

Driven to understand this gap more deeply, she pursued a Master’s in Psychology, focusing on burnout, disengagement, and the transition from high enthusiasm to quiet withdrawal at work.

Alongside this, she completed ICF-aligned training and accreditation in life coaching for corporate professionals, and has worked with 50+ clients over the past two years — helping corporate professionals navigate burnout, stress, loss of motivation, role confusion, work relationships, decision fatigue, leadership challenges and career transition.

Across this work, a consistent pattern emerged: Organisational intent often does not translate clearly to employee experience. Perception filters, pressure, and unspoken assumptions create gaps.

QultureCare was built to work at this intersection as a bridge between organisational intent and employee reality.
